  • Dual Pneumatic Discharge Doors:​ You already know our weighing accuracy is ±2%, and this is how we achieve it mechanically. Instead of a single large door that drops too much material at once, each aggregate bin uses two independent pneumatic discharge doors. How to maintain a mobile concrete plant?​

Proper maintenance requires daily cleaning of the mixer drum, regular greasing of the shaft seals, and periodic inspection of high-wear parts like blades and conveyor belts to prevent sudden breakdowns.

A mobile plant is a heavy-duty machine. Following a strict maintenance routine will easily extend its lifespan to 15+ years:

  • Daily Cleaning:​ Always wash the inside of the twin-shaft mixer and the discharge hopper at the end of every working shift. Hardened concrete will damage the mixer blades, overload the motor, and ruin mixing efficiency.
  • Shaft Seal Lubrication:​ Check the automatic lubrication pump daily. Ensure that high-pressure grease is constantly injected into the mixer’s shaft seals. This is the most critical step to block cement slurry from entering and destroying the bearings.
  • Wear Parts Inspection:​ Regularly check the high-chromium alloy liners and mixing blades. Replace them before they wear out completely to protect the main mixer drum from permanent damage.
